More Than A
Journal Activity
The 90-Day Kindness Challenge is a movement. It is a call to action for children, teens, parents, schools, and communities to lead by example and choose kindness every day.
By intentionally focusing on kindness each day, participants learn that their actions can positively impact the lives of others — regardless of differences in race, culture, background, appearance, beliefs, or abilities.
Our goal is to create a generation of young people who understand that kindness is not weakness — it is strength.
"Together, we can prove that kindness has no color, no boundaries, and no limits."
